Our Story
YesCycle was founded in 2011 with a simple goal: to help people experience Vancouver in the best way possible — on two wheels.
What began as a small bike rental shop at 687 Denman Street quickly became a favorite among locals and visitors exploring Stanley Park, the Seawall, and downtown Vancouver. From day one, YesCycle focused on well-maintained equipment, fair pricing, and genuine customer care.
As Vancouver’s cycling culture evolved, so did YesCycle. Over the years, electric bikes and e-scooters were added to the fleet, giving riders more options to explore the city comfortably, efficiently, and sustainably.
In 2022, YesCycle expanded to better serve its growing community. The business grew to include multiple locations, allowing each shop to specialize:
679 Denman Street & West Georgia became the main hubs for bike, e-bike, and e-scooter rentals
687 Denman Street evolved into a dedicated ski and snowboard rental shop, featuring a professional tuning and waxing area for winter sports enthusiasts
Today, YesCycle operates year-round, offering bike, e-bike, e-scooter, ski, and snowboard rentals — all backed by experience, quality gear, and local knowledge.
YesCycle is now owner-operated by Fabio, who continues to build on the company’s original vision while guiding its growth into the future.

Our team is at the heart of everything we do.
Most of our staff have been with YesCycle for over three years, and unlike many seasonal rental shops, we do not rely on seasonal layoffs. Instead, we invest in long-term team development. Our staff are trained across multiple areas — including customer service, bike mechanics, operations, marketing, and leadership — creating a strong, knowledgeable, and reliable team.
We believe that great service comes from people who care. That’s why our team is passionate about bikes, outdoor adventure, and helping every customer have a safe and enjoyable experience.
